Terms & Conditions


Any incidentals (lost/broken equipment, etc) will be billed for after the event, if applicable, and certain fees will be invoiced separately from initial reservation payment (delivery fees, challenging setup fees, extra hours (if not specified in system), event attendant (if not specified in system), etc.).


Turf Activity LLC is not liable for any damages to persons or property that result from expected setup of miniature golf and related activities, nor for any damages to persons or property that result from event attendee behavior involving the use of miniature golf and related activities. That said, event are covered by our event rental insurance (COI available).


Events are only reserved once payment is complete. Full refunds are only issued if 1) requested within a week of booking and 2) requested more than 2 weeks before the event. If either conditions are not met, then a 50% refund is possible in most cases, but is not guaranteed and will be at the discretion of the Turf Activity LLC management.
